The parental consent form (click on link to get form) we referenced in a prior post is needed to complete our Nationals registration. Turns out, we need that sooner than June 1. So please submit that to us ASAP – tonight would be preferred. If you won’t be at practice tonight, please submit Thursday at the latest or mail to us. Thank you!
