Block 1 league over Matthew 1-5 is this Sunday, September 19th, from 1:15PM-5:00PM! We will meet at 1:15 in the chapel (come in main entrance with the portico and go up the stairs that are right there to the chapel on the second floor). After the announcements we’ll hand out schedules where the teams will then play in the education wing of the second floor. At the end of the games at 4:15, we’ll conclude back in the chapel with an optional Quote Bee (for anyone who wants to participate) and then awards.
- No particular dress code is required (i.e. casual clothes are fine)
- Parents encouraged to come and watch
- Students who wish to participate can quote memory verses to any adults there and earn points for prizes up to a $5 gift card (more details on that when you arrive Sunday)
- Remember to have your student take the online test by Thursday at midnight, group and league are both “Southeast” (see prior email for details and link)
