League is This Sunday!

Our first league of the season is this Sunday, Mar. 2nd, over Block 1 (Revelation 1-6)! We meet from 1:15-5:00pm at Southeast Blankenbaker campus starting in room ATCR 206 (2nd floor to the right of the chapel – go in main entrance and it’s right up the stairs there as soon as you enter). Please note:

• The test (which we will recognize the top 10 performing students for at the league) must be completed online in advance by midnight Thursday. You should have received the link and information about it from National Bible Bowl but I’m also providing it here. It will ask for your name, group (enter either SE Louisville or SE Crestwood), and league (Kentucky – Southeast). The test is closed book, 100 questions, and you have 20 minutes to take it in one sitting.
• We compete in classrooms on the 2nd floor after the opening meeting – there will be 5 rounds beginning at 1:45pm plus an Individual Tournament just for fun (if your student is new, this will be new to him because we haven’t practiced that at practices yet – but no worries, we’ll explain it!).
• Immediately following the rounds is an optional Quote Bee held in the same room as your last game for students to test their knowledge of memory verses. Make it past 2 rounds with prompts (the verse reference plus the clue) and 2 rounds without prompts (verse reference only) to achieve Gold Tier.
• Awards for the day will immediately follow back in room ATCR 206.
• Family and friends are welcome to attend and encourage our players!
• Casual clothes are fine.
