Winter Indy Signup

First, a quick reminder – our first practice back after the break will be Monday, January 9th.  Bring $3 for pizza and 50 cents for soda!

Everyone is invited to attend Winter Indy 2017 on Saturday, January 7th!  This will occur BEFORE our first practice back!  The cost is $20 per player – please bring with you.  No cost for adults.  It is a one-day tournament so we’ll be driving there and back the same day.  We will meet at 6AM at Southeast outside the Gym building, on the side facing the Block.  It’s a 2 hour drive – but WE NEED DRIVERS!  Since everyone may attend, we need lots of volunteers.  Gas will be reimbursed.

To sign up your player as a participant and/or to sign up as a driver, please click here.  Even if your player isn’t attending, please follow the link to RSVP and select “no” for attending so we know you have received this information.  Please complete this step by Wed., Jan 4th.

Tournament includes 11 rounds of round robin-style games covering the first 3 blocks (Exodus 1-18) and an awards ceremony at the conclusion.  It is expected to end at 2:30, so we should arrive back to church around 4:30PM in the same place.

Eat breakfast before you come and/or pack some snacks because lunch isn’t until noon.  Pack a lunch or bring money as there are some fast food restaurants nearby.  We won’t be stopping for dinner.

This is a great tournament, a fun chance to travel and compete against other churches, and we hope many of you will attend and drive!  See you Jan. 7th.  Happy new year!
