Player/Parent survey

We’ve tried some new things this year, some worked, some didn’t.  We’re going to try some more new things next year and we’ll see what works and what doesn’t.  We’d love to get your feedback, and your player’s feedback on how things went.  We’ve put together a quick survey with only 4-5 questions.  If everyone could take 2-3 minutes it’d really help us for next year.
