General information

Please be at the gym side of the YAC (Youth Activities Center) by 11:30am on Sunday morning.  We will leave by 11:45 and will make a fast food lunch stop.  We should arrive at Milligan College around 5-5:30pm.  Players coming home from Milligan will arrive home Wednesday night around 10:30PM.  Players will call home if our arrival time is different for any reason.  All other players will go directly to KCU and arrive there around 11PM.

What to bring

$15-20 for 2 fast food meals, study materials, snacks, dress clothes (pants and button up shirt for the guys, dress pants or a modest dress/skirt and top for girls), swim suit (1 piece for girls or one that covers the stomach), bedding, towels, toiletries.

Players will be driving directly from Milligan on Wed. night and should arrive by 11pm.  Players will return home around 7:30PM on Saturday.  Players will call home if our arrival time is different for any reason.

Tournament includes Written Test and Round Robin round 1-6 on Thursday, round 7-20 and a Quote Bee on Friday, and a Double Elimination on Saturday.

What to bring

$40-$45 for 4 fast food meals and possibly 2 Dairy Queen runs for ice cream, study materials, snacks, dress clothes (pants/dress shirt & tie for the guys, dress pants or modest dress/skirt and top for girls), swim suit (one piece or suit that covers stomach for girls), bedding, towels, toiletries.  We will be visiting a park/lake area on Thursday morning and Carter Caves on Friday night (which has a pool) so please bring anything wanted accordingly (tennis shoes if wanted, frisbee, etc.).
