Nationals – Response Needed!
It’s time for me to register our group for our National Bible Bowl Tournament! Following all the information here, there is a link at the bottom for a google survey...
I hope the start of this Bible Bowl season has been great for everyone! First, league info – then some important info at the bottom – so read it all!
Our first Teen Bible Bowl League of the season over Block 1 is this Sunday the 12th from 1:15pm-5:00pm!
- The test (which we will award the top performing students for at the league) must be completed online in advance by 9am Friday morning. It is closed book, 100 questions, 20 minutes, and accessible here: teen test
- We meet for the league in room ATCR 206 (2nd floor of Southeast’s Blankenbaker campus, main entrance and up the stairs, to the right of the chapel) and from there we compete in classrooms on the 2nd floor.
- Students can redeem prizes for every memory verse quoted to an adult during the league (there are 15 total), plus may take part in the Quote Bee to test their knowledge in front of the whole group.
- Family and friends are welcome to attend and encourage our players!
- Casual clothes are fine.
Be sure to let your coach know ASAP if your student won’t be attending so we can make any team adjustments as needed.
Now for the additional important info – our Block 3 league date has changed to Sunday, May 7th! I originally scheduled it for Mother’s Day, not realizing my error. Moving up to May 7th will remove our usual week of review before that league, but it does add that time to the end leading up to our early, June 6-9 Nationals. Thank you for being flexible, and I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused!
